By enrolling in the Best Teaching Strategies Course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by Singing and Teaching LLC. Please read carefully before purchase.

Digital Product Policy

Our digital resources are designed with care to support your classroom. By purchasing, you agree to the following:

License & Use

You are granted one (1) personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use the product.
✅ You may use it for your own personal or classroom use.
❌ You may not copy, redistribute, share with others, or alter our digital products to resell or create derivative works.

We’ve worked hard on these materials, and by purchasing, you’re helping us continue to create resources that support teachers like you—thank you for respecting our work!

1. Program Overview

The Best Teaching Strategies Course is a digital program that includes access to:

Online trainings, workshops, and coaching lessons
Teaching resources and materials
Growing library of strategies and classroom tools

All content is delivered digitally. No physical products will be shipped.

2. Payment Terms

You agree to pay one of the following enrollment options:

Monthly Plan – $39 USD per month for 12 consecutive months.

The first payment will be charged immediately upon enrollment.
The remaining 11 payments will be automatically billed every 30 days to the credit card or payment method provided at checkout.
By choosing the monthly plan, you agree to complete all 12 payments regardless of participation level.

Pay in Full Plan – $199 USD (one-time payment).

Charged immediately upon enrollment.
No further payments will be required.
Payments are processed securely via Kajabi checkout.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because this is a digital program with instant access to resources, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Cancellations of the monthly payment plan are not permitted. By enrolling, you are agreeing to pay all 12 monthly installments of $39.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or permanent loss of course access.
Attempted chargebacks will be disputed with proof of digital access provided.

Refunds and Payments

Payment. At the time of purchase, you may elect to pay in full ($468 USD) or through a monthly payment plan ($39 USD per month for 12 months). If you select the monthly plan, you agree that you are responsible for making all 12 payments in full, regardless of participation level. You will be required to keep an active credit card on file for the duration of the plan.

👉 This is not a subscription. This is a pay-in-full program with the option, at your election, to pay via a monthly payment plan agreement.

Invoicing and Payment Terms.

The Company will charge the Participant at the time of registration.
You will provide a valid credit card at checkout, and by doing so, you give us permission to charge your card for all payments due.
If you pay in full, the entire fee will be charged immediately.
If you select the monthly payment plan, the first payment will be charged immediately, and the remaining payments will be charged automatically every 30 days based on your original purchase date.

For example: If you purchase on the 1st of the month, your card will be charged on the 1st of each month until the balance is paid in full.

Failed Payments.

If your recurring payment fails, the Company will allow 3 business days to update your payment method before attempting another charge.
If the second attempt fails, you will have 2 additional days to update your payment method.
If a third attempt fails, you will be considered in default, and the entire remaining balance will be owed immediately.
The Company reserves the right to forward any unpaid balance to a collections agency.

Refunds.

Refunds are not available. Due to the digital nature and instant-access of this program, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

In rare circumstances (death or incapacity of a party), a refund may be considered.
If any refund is issued, access to the program will be immediately revoked, and the Participant will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving the refund.
The Company does not tolerate chargebacks or disputes on valid charges under these terms.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this policy and agree to these payment and refund terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, resources, videos, and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
You are granted a single-user license for personal and classroom use only.

You may not share, sell, copy, or redistribute materials in any format.
Violation of this license may result in removal from the program without refund and potential legal action.

5. Course Access & Updates

Students will receive lifetime access to the version of the Course purchased.
Access requires internet and a compatible device. Company is not responsible for technical issues on your end.

6. Limitation of Liability

By enrolling, you agree that the Company is not responsible for:

Student outcomes, academic results, or classroom behavior changes.
Any damages, losses, or issues arising from use of the program.
The Course provides strategies, tools, and resources, but implementation and results vary by classroom and teacher.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
